NetKnights GmbH releases version 3.2.0 of the privacyIDEA OwnCloud Plugin and version 3.5.0 of the privacyIDEA Credential Provider. New features have been added to both components and existing functions have been improved.
OwnCloud plugin version 3.2.0
The feature “Auto-submit the login after X OTP digits entered” has been added. This means that the user is automatically logged in after entering a certain number of OTP characters. In addition, the new feature “Poll in browser for better login experience” enables push requests to be queried in the browser. As part of an improvement, Javascript and CSS have been separated to ensure greater security.
Credential Provider Version 3.5.0
There are also new features for the credential provider. It now supports WebAuthn tokens for online authentication (feature: “WebAuthn online”). Two bugs have also been fixed. One where the setting reset_link_text
was not respected. And another one where an RDP login that was started with a UPN as username could not be performed.
The Credential Provider and the Owncloud Plugin can be downloaded directly from Github.
For critical enterprise use, NetKnights also offers a service level agreement for the credential provider and the Owncloud plugin as an extension to privacyIDEA.
